Holiday home on 2 floors (for max. 8 persons) embedded in a very family-friendly, car-free holiday village which is located directly by the sea.

The sea is within walking distance (150 metres).

In addition to an Olympic-size pool, the holiday village also has an oversized swimming and leisure pool measuring 3,100 m2 with a fantastic water feature.

There is also a separate children's paddling pool and playgrounds for the little ones.

The holiday village also has 2 bars and 2 restaurants with a pizzeria, a small grocery shop, a kiosk, a launderette and free parking.

The 200 or so terraced bungalows are family-friendly and simply furnished and are located in a large nature reserve, making for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Playgrounds, entertainment/miniclub, many sports facilities, the gently sloping beach and the wide range of gastronomic delights make the holiday village an ideal holiday destination.

The two-storey, brick-built 3-room bungalow offers space for 6, maximum 8 people.

It is located in the central area of the holiday park, close to the pool and playground, making it ideal for young children.

On the ground floor is the living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a folding/sliding door.

There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor, the open, well-equipped kitchen (with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave) and WC/shower (ground floor offers space for 4 to a maximum of 6 people).

On the upper floor (which can be reached via an external spiral staircase) is the attic room with two single beds and a separate WC/washbasin and roof terrace.

A continuous gap between the living room and the attic room ensures good air circulation.

The covered seating area with table and chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type. DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged.

BEACH A lush pine grove runs along the coast between the sea and the holiday village.

The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 150 metres from the holiday village (2 minutes' walk) and can be easily reached on foot.

Both a public and a private beach with sun loungers and parasols are available.

POOL In addition to an Olympic-size swimming pool, the holiday village also has an oversized swimming and leisure pool measuring 3,100 m2 with a shallow bank for small children.

The fantastic water feature with slides makes children's hearts beat faster.

There is also a separate paddling pool for the little ones.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY Thanks to the car-free resort, your little ones can move around the entire holiday village without fear.

An entertainment team (D/I, partly F) organises games, competitions and sports activities during the day.

Evening entertainment, shows and dancing (during high season).

Miniclub (for children from 4 to 12 years, 6 days/week), animated film shows, computer games.

Playgrounds are of course also included...

LEISURE AND SPORTS Within the resort you have the following options: Gymnastics, boccia, water sports, aerobics, (beach) volleyball, football, table tennis, dancing, archery, etc....

There are also 2 floodlit tennis courts available within the complex for a fee.

Bicycle hire.

Outside the resort and for a fee you also have the following options: Mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing or banana boating.

The cycling and jogging paths in the pine grove are also ideal sports facilities that are available to you at any time.

SHOPPING There is a minimarket in the holiday complex.

Further shopping facilities can be found in Casal Borsetti.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

PETS Pets are not allowed.

SPECIAL FEATURES Barbecues are permitted at the house.

If you don't want to bring your own barbecue, you can also use the communal barbecue facilities.
