We are offering this charming south-facing house for rent in the village of Auvers-sous-Montfaucon.
It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room with a fireplace, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
You can enjoy a garden of around 500 m²! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with a sofa, wood-burning stove, TV, etc. - A dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (90×190) - Bedroom 2: dormitory-style area with three single beds (90×190) - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine - A TV corner with a small sofa and board games - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot. Outside: - A beautiful, wooded garden of 500 m², enclosed and private, not overlooked, with a table and chairs, parasol and barbecue.
The garden overlooks a pond where you can fish The house is ideally situated in Auvers-sous-Montfaucon, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting.
The 18th-century property is nestled in the heart of the countryside, at the end of a quiet lane, offering privacy and tranquillity, with no overlooking neighbours or nearby residents.
It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries with the family and make the most of country life, with opportunities to go for walks, fish in the pond near the garden, and explore the many hiking trails accessible directly from the house You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Explore Le Mans and its magnificent historic centre, St Julien’s Cathedral and the iconic summer chimeras that adorn the city walls. - Immerse yourself in motoring history at the museum and on the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. - Meet fascinating animals at La Flèche Zoo. - Relax at Sillé Plage, take a stroll through the majestic Sillé-le-Guillaume national forest, or go for a hike around the lake and explore the mysterious caves of Saulges. - Have fun at the ice rink or enjoy a night at the cinema, just 20 minutes from the accommodation. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large private, enclosed courtyard, which can accommodate several vehicles, including lorries and trailers. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Le Mans, approx. 23 km (28 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Angers, 63 km (52 mins by car) - We recommend travelling by car to make the most of your stay Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available - Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included and are provided on request at an additional cost (to be paid on site). Super escale qui nous a bien reposé. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. La maison est très belle et confortable. Les ballades aux alentours sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons profiter de l'étang pour pêcher !
