The apartment 'Fregene Tiny House Close To The Sea' is located 400 m from the beach, in an area served by bars, a tobacconist and restaurants. Ideal for couples or families, it is on the 1st floor (no elevator), measures 38 m² and consists of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 3 people.

You have a private sun terrace for exclusive use, equipped with an outdoor shower, table, loungers and sofa. From May to October, a heated whirlpool in the garden is also available. The garden is not for guest use, but only as a passage to reach the whirlpool during your reserved time. Use of the whirlpool is limited to 2 hours per day, by reservation, to ensure privacy and optimal temperature. In spring and autumn, evening temperature may not be guaranteed due to exposure.

Included services: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV, two bicycles available on request (with 24 hours' notice). Washing machine and dryer can be used only for stays longer than 3 nights, upon request. Parking is available on the public street.

Two small dogs live on the property. Smoking, bringing animals or organizing parties is not allowed. The apartment is not recommended for children under 10 years old for safety reasons. Cameras and audio devices are present on site.

Sustainable property: electricity from solar panels, insulation with eco-friendly materials, devices for water and energy saving. Waste separation is required: for stays longer than 3 days, instructions will be provided; for short stays, it is sufficient to leave the waste already separated.
