The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living area with a sofa, dining area, TV... - An open-plan equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, crepe maker, sandwich maker, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and bunk beds (2 sleeping places, 90x190) - A shower room with shower - A separate toilet - A jacuzzi spa at an additional cost, by reservation For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath (on request), barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board. Exterior: - A beautiful private 50 m² enclosed garden, not overlooked, with barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs to enjoy sunny days (The exterior is currently under renovation, which will be completed by the end of December at the latest) The house is new and ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
