This family villa sleeps 12.
The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and the eating area has a long dining table that seats 12.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, conventional oven and dishwasher.
The villa has six bedrooms, five of which each have two single beds and the other has a bunk bed.
The villa has four bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
Outside, you will find a spacious covered terrace furnished with garden furniture.
You have a fantastic view of the neighbouring lake.
The villa also has its own electrically powered sloop in the period of March 1 until October.The villa has a luxury sloop for up to 12 people all year round (weather permitting).
Please note: Kraaiennest is built on piles and is only accessible by stairs.
Consequently, the villa is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs. You can use free Wi-Fi during your stay.
The accommodation also has free air conditioning. Please note: Vakantiepark Giethoorn is car-free.
The accommodations are surrounded by water and can only be reached by a steep pedestrian bridge.

In this village you will mostly find waterways; the ideal place for water enthusiasts! Giethoorn is part of National Park Weerribben-Wieden and consists of authentic farms, kilometres of canals and dozens of bridges.
You won’t find any cars, so the best way to explore the village is on foot, by bike or by boat. From 1 February to 1 November, you will have your own electric sloop at your disposal during your stay (excl.
Tiny House 2 and Lepelaar hotelchalet 4).
If you are booking one of our group accommodations, you can go out by boat all year round, weather permitting.
In the centre you can find nice little shops, several museums and different restaurants and brasseries.
The area around Giethoorn is a true water sports paradise.
Apart from dinghy sailing and sailing, there are also plenty of opportunities for surfing, canoeing and aqua-dubbing.

Leuk huis voor 12 personen. Goede living en prima eetkamer. Voldoende ruimte. Locatie is leuk, net zoals de boot die bij het huis beschikbaar is. Fijn dat het allemaal tweepersoonskamer zijn en 4 badkamers is ook fijn met zoveel personen. Wasmachine aanwezig. Huis was schoon bij aankomst.
- Aanloop naar het park was in onze beleving niet goed beschreven. Je kan niet op het park parkeren, maar de parkeerplaats is ook nog eens redelijk ver weg. (5 min lopen.)
- Weinig tot geen bagagekarretjes op het park zelf, ze staan bijna allemaal op de parkeerplaats. Goed voor aankomst, niet voor v...
