Shared pool open June–September, 9:00–20:45, plus tennis court and pétanque area. Central location: a short walk to the old port and charming historic center, with local markets (Tuesdays and Saturdays), seafood restaurants, and artisan shops. Facing Thau Lagoon: easy access to water sports (paddle, kayak, sailing, boat trips) and shellfish tastings (oysters and mussels) straight from producers. 5 km from the sea: Marseillan’s main beach offers free parking all year for relaxing beach days. Walk or cycle along the lagoon’s scenic trails. In the heart of vineyards: renowned wine estates (Muscat de Frontignan, Picpoul de Pinet) are just minutes away. Sète, Bouzigues, Mèze, and Montpellier are nearby by car. Peaceful setting: car-free residence, free guest parking subject to availability.
