Between the lake and the ocean, the location is ideal. You can enjoy the lake and its activities with children or plan a surfing session on one of the nearby beaches. You'll be surrounded by greenery, in the shade of pine trees.

Garden level flat in a large house divided into two flats. You will have access to a private terrace for outdoor meals and part of the garden for lounging. The separate kitchen has an American fridge-freezer, a dining table, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave, hobs and more. The living room, with access to the terrace, has two sofas and a television. There are 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90x200) and the other 2 with double beds (180x200). There is a separate shower room and toilet.

Parking is easy in front of the house.

Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Optional cleaning: 90 €.
