Villa Efthimia has a bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Efthimia was built and furnished with great attention to detail. The interior of the natural stone house was plastered using a decorative dentil technique. Special attention was also paid to the design of the garden. It is large and offers uninterrupted views of the Ida mountains. A cosy swimming pool for private use, with an olive tree in the middle, provides refreshment and a relaxing atmosphere. Our complex is in a quiet location, yet within a 10-minute walk you can reach the village square of Pitsidia, where musical events are often organised during the summer months. The 4 km long beach "Komos" is located in the other direction and can be easily reached by car within 5 minutes.

For a cosy evening you have a TV at your disposal.
Enjoy your holiday to the full, even outside on the terrace in fine weather. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a hob for cooking and even a dishwasher.
You will also find a washing machine in the accommodation, which you can use.
A car parking space is available for our guests. These advantages are also convincing: Bed linen and towels included.
