Villa Emma is quietly yet centrally located in the town of Sassnitz and is situated in an old spa villa on a hillside on the edge of the old town with a view of the Baltic Sea.
In just a few minutes' walk you are in the centre of the town with numerous shopping facilities, as well as at the harbour, the beach promenade and the old town with many gastronomic offers or in the Jasmund National Park with many hiking trails and the chalk cliffs.
The bright and friendly furnished holiday flat with 42sqm living space consists of two rooms, an open mini-kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. It offers space for 2 people. From the balcony in historic spa style you have a wonderful sea view.
The flat has a car parking space. Bicycle storage is available.

Unkomplizierter Check in, auf Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert
Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Stühle und insbesondere das Bett waren sehr unbequem. Kein WLAN vorhanden!
Normale Weingläser oder größere Trinkgläser fehlten komplett. Das Bett war klein und die Matratze komplett durchgelegen.

Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen und Geschirr erinnert an Mitropa
Kühlschrankablagegitter verrostet, sowie unsauber
Fliesen in der Dusche defekt- Verletzungsgefahr, im Bad keine Ablagen,
an der Sauberkeit muss man sehr arbeiten, genau wie das Putzmaterial,
ein Geschirrhandtuch für eine Woche sowas von unhygienisch
Das Wetter war super und die Insel ist richtig gut.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Die Küche war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Etwas mehr Komfort wäre gut.
