This pleasant detached holiday villa has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people, with everything for young and old, a ping-pong table, table football and, in the garden, a slide, a playhouse and swings. This beautiful holiday home is located on a large fenced plot. The wonderful private swimming pool with terrace is located in the center. The house also has two covered terraces. One with garden furniture and deckchairs to the south of the house and one with BBQ and dining table to the west. At the swimming pool, there is also a poolhouse with garden furniture, dining area, fridge/freezer, shower and toilet as well as a large lawn for sunbathing or playing.

The small village of Althen les paluds is ideally located between the large cities of Avignon (17 km) and Carpentras (16 km), both of which are perfect for a nice excursion.
