Ideal for a relaxing family holiday, this home offers everything you could want.
Please note, that the neighborhood does not allow young groups, parties, or bachelor events.

THE HOUSE ACUARELA AND ITS SPACE

GARDEN
Surrounded by an amazing 4000 m2 garden.
Children will love the jumper and grassy football area.

Large swimming pool and several areas to enjoy the outdoor space, such as the spectacular barbecue area, and a table next to the pool.
Multiple charming spots invite relaxation in the sun or shade throughout the day.

The stunning outdoor lighting enhances the evening ambience.

MAIN FLOOR
The house is ready to accommodate up to 12 people and is distributed on several levels.
We access the dining room, kitchen, and living room from the entrance.

The kitchen has direct access to the barbecue area with a large table. It is a covered area with ceiling fans and full of plants that give a special and cosy character.

This house has thick walls and good air circulation, also in CABRILS, the nights are cool.
Anyway, the two warmest rooms in the house have air conditioning.





SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
ACUARELA house is exclusive to its guests.


THE GARDEN AND COVERED TERRACE
These spaces are not shared but must be respected.
The outdoor dining area, barbecue and chill-out area are private.
The barbecue should be cleaned after each use.
Silence must be kept from 21h to 9h.

THE PRIVATE POOL
There are sunbeds for sunbathing and an exterior shower.
The rest hours of the neighbours, the bathroom clothing and the use of the pool must be respected.

ALARM
- Capturing images to identify intruders. The in-house cameras only activate and record photos when the alarm goes off.

PARKING
You can enter the property by car, but you must respect the garden areas and watch out for the automatic lawn watering.
You can also park for free and easily on the street.
The street is shared with residents. The direction of traffic on the roads must be respected and not parked in front of accesses to private car parks.

HOUSE RULES

- It is not rented to groups under 25 years old.

- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and signed before the delivery of the keys.

- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.

- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.

- Minors must be supervised by an adult throughout their stay; the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.

- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.

- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.

The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.


IT'S NOT ALLOWED

- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.

- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and, before 09:00 a.m. It is crucial to respect the rest of our neighbours.

- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.

- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
A rental service is available on request. Above all, this must be done before the day of arrival.

- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.

- Groups of students are not allowed.

- No pets allowed.

- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.
We like to be able to meet our guests and offer them recommendations.

WELCOME HOURS AND KEY DELIVERY
4 pm to 8 pm
We always need to arrange our meeting in advance in the accommodation.
In high season, the arrival time must be notified as early as possible.
On dates such as F1, MotoGP and Saturdays in July and August, multiple arrivals generally coincide.

In addition, during the welcome, we will do the following:

- Explanation of the rules, considerations and instructions of the house, along with recommendations to enjoy the environment.

- Explanations for check-out. (Departure).

- City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cost of tourist tax: Tourist tax on stays at tourist establishments in Catalonia. Law 5/12 APPROVED on March 20, 2012
(1 euros per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights and only for guests aged 16 or older).

- Deposit: it will be made on arrival through a credit card pre-authorization.

- Signature of the house rules.
- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.






THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in a residential area of single-family houses very tranquil and close to the centre of the village of Cabrils and different services; supermarkets, restaurants, bars and traditional shops.

Cabrils is a charming little town known for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the north coast of Barcelona in the Maresme region.

The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand.



THE REGION
"El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, sunnier and brighter days, colourful spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains.

The location between small mountains and The Mediterranean Sea, and its proximity to Barcelona, make this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation.

The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little towns, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, and marinas, the area offers a variety of recreational activities including horseback riding, sports centres, and expansive sandy beaches.

It also has one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin-starred restaurants.

IN CABRILS
'LA MOSTRA' - THE EXHIBITION: Gastronomic, Commercial and Crafts Fair
As part of the Festa Major de Santa Helena in August, it is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cavas in the region.

MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival
It is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music.
In 2015, the festival made a change of projection evolving into a more eclectic format.
The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August.
They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.



HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
We advise on how to combine the use of private transportation with the use of public transportation.

- Own vehicle: We consider it essential for more independence.

Sometimes having a vehicle gives you more independence to explore more places or is more comfortable going shopping.

Once in the centre of the village, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.



PÚBLIC TRANSPORT
Some different services and lines connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona


-TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service.
All services must be booked in advance.

- BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and Barcelona.

-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.

BARCELONA
It is about 30-40 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the DGT’s environmental label criteria.
That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.
