Completely renovated in 2022, it features 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a beautiful living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, a terrace/veranda, a pleasant garden with fruit trees and a small, pleasant swimming pool. It's the perfect place for a quiet vacation with family or friends.

The villa is located in the hills above Biot, facing the old village. You can walk to the famous glassworks. In a very quiet residential area, you'll still be close to all the Côte d'Azur's points of interest.

We advise you to bring your own vehicle.

The main floor of the villa is air-conditioned in the main room, which diffuses into the adjoining rooms. The thick stone walls provide excellent insulation.
The swimming pool is not heated and will not be available during the winter season (October 1 to April 1).
A private parking space is available in front of the entrance gate.
