On the ground floor: large living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen opening onto the large terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm), shower room, toilet.
Upstairs one bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) and one bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm), shower room with toilet.
Central heating.
Unfenced lawn.
At the southern tip of the department, the Clos du Got cottage is isolated in the middle of nature, it opens onto a terrace and a lawned garden.
Beyond the garden begins the Périgord.
In this peaceful nature it is not uncommon to observe deer, roe deer or foxes except when the owner's horses graze in the meadows adjoining the garden. 300 m away is a private pond for fishing or to enjoy the tranquility of the water's edge.
The location halfway between Jumilhac Le Grand and Saint Yrieix la Perche allows for many activities: swimming, aqua-fun pool, visiting castles, hiking...

Nous avons tout apprécié de notre séjour au Clos du Got! L'accueil par Marc, son propriétaire, est parfait. La maison est grande, très bien rénovée et équipée. Au calme absolu mais à 15 minutes de toutes les commodités, sa situation permet de silloner vers de nombreux sites "nature et culture" côté Dordogne, Haute Vienne et Corrèze! A quand le prochain séjour?!
