14 degrés en arrivant le soir à 18h. Les 2 enfants ont passé la nuit dans le froid. Aucune indication de comment la Clim fonctionne. Plein de l’union de poussière partout. Escaliers, rambarde et placards qui collent. Pas de cafetière alors que c’est indiqué dans l’annonce et en plus on avait une question répondue par mail avant notre arrivée.
