Experience the ultimate in luxury and tranquility at this stunning 5-bedroom house in the heart of Spoleto Country Park, Umbria.
This grand residence boasts 4.5 bathrooms, a private terrace and a shared garden with neighboring Casetta, perfect for families or groups of friends.
Enjoy the infinity pool, basket ball and trampoline, or relax in the peaceful surroundings of the 6-hectare parkland.
The village of Strettura is just a short drive away, offering a range of restaurants, including Palazzo Del Papa and Il Capanno, serving delicious local cuisine.
With its unique blend of luxury and natural beauty, this property is ideal for those seeking a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in the Italian countryside. Spoleto Country Park consists of 6 private houses, all discreetly spaced from each other and interspersed with ancient farm buildings used for storage. With the exception of a neighbouring cottage, Casetta, all the cottages are completely private with their own gardens and/or terraces. A very large garden surrounds both Casa Aristo and Casetta.
However, each property is totally separate and independent.
And, each has their own totally private terrace. There are staff on site to assist you 24/7. Otherwise, you need never see them. Be active or relax! Here, in this oasis of dreams, you are spoilt for choice. Casa Aristo is an exquisitely grand house.
The very best and largest in the village! This is because it was the residence of the owner of this private village, who also owns a bijoux hotel in central Rome.
However, he now inhabits his new house on the edge of the village, when he is in residence.
He travels extensively so is only around occasionally. Casa Aristo has a sleeping capacity of 10 persons.
With 5 double bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms – 3 ensuite, 1 shared plus a cloakroom on the ground floor. So why is a holiday in this residence so different to other Umbrian or Tuscan properties of a similar size? Simple! Staying here, you can experience Every kind of holiday experience you could wish for! If you are an exercise junkie, there’s a volley ball pitch, a huge trampoline and a football pitch in the surrounding fields.
And, there are acres of private land to run in. If you enjoy games, there’s a football table, an exercise bike and table tennis in a designated games area in the centre of the village. If you have children, there’s a specially designed kiddies’ corner in the woods with a slide and swings. If you prefer to relax, there are picnic areas in the expansive woods, meditation spots in the vast gardens and a pool to recline besides. If you enjoy cooking (or wish to hire a chef), there’s the large communal Verandah that can seat you all, inside or outside.
Here is a Bbq and a pizza oven.
And there’s a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area so that you don’t mess up your own house when meeting up with one another. This facility is available for all the houses. Or, you can stay put on your private large terrace, a flute of Prosecco in hand, to the song of the nightingale hailing the setting sun, the squeaks of swifts and swallows, the soft rustle of Tuscan pines and the rhythmic buzz of the cicadas. While the surrounding gardens are shared with the neighbouring Casetta cottage, it should be noted that Casa Aristo opens onto a large and very attractive terrace.
This terrace is uniquely yours. If you’re a foodie, you are perfectly located for a gastronomic experience.

We found this place when planning a trip from Rochester NY to Spoleto to visit with family. This was an excellent spot with a pool and large enough space for 7 adults and an infant. Nicu was responsive and helpful. Vito, the owner, personally met us at check in and helped us to arrange a private chef to host dinner for our family. We will likely return the next time we visit! Grazie!
