For relaxation, you can also enjoy a 1,000m² pond, ideal for family fishing (roach, tench, and carp).
This detached cottage boasts breathtaking views of the Mayenne Valley below and 8,000m² of landscaped grounds.

You'll find no shortage of activities: close to the towpath, just a few kilometers from the Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier, the Tatin Museum in Craon, and the La Flèche Zoo. In Château-Gontier, you'll find a brand-new aquatic center (offering all kinds of activities), and at the port, you can rent boats by the day and bicycles (both traditional and electric).
The cottage is 1.5km from the towpath, part of the Vélo Francette® cycle route.

This low-energy (BBC) wooden house uses renewable energy and eco-friendly building materials. Ground floor: living room with access to a 31m² terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 14m² family suite with a 160x200cm bed and ensuite shower room, a bedroom with two 90x200cm twin beds (can be joined to make a 180x200cm bed), shower room, separate WC, and a wellness area with a spa. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a futon sofa. Weekly rentals from Friday to Friday, or weekend rentals outside of school holidays. Baby equipment: travel cot, changing mat, bath ring, baby bath, high chair, and booster seat.
Electric vehicle charging point with reinforced outlet (supplement applies) Included: Underfloor heating - beds made upon arrival - baby equipment - fishing on a private pond Options: Bath towel and bathrobe: €10/person - Cleaning: €70 Supplement: Electric vehicle charging point: payment based on meter reading Television (including Canal+), Wi-Fi or wired internet connection (your choice). Gas barbecue. Fishing information: access to the pond via a dedicated path; trailer access is possible.
Near the pond, you will find a unique cabin with tables and a sink. Pets are not allowed.
The entire cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility: living areas, two bedrooms, shower room, and toilet. Please contact the owners before your arrival to arrange your welcome.
