Located at Doctor Teixeiro 26, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and five minutes from the Mercado de Abastos (market), this recently renovated 225 square meter apartment is designed for those who want to truly experience Santiago, with all the space and comfort of their own home.
The main floor has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and a 50 square meter living room perfect for gatherings, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an induction hob, teppanyaki grill, oven, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook with pleasure.
On the upper floor, you will find the jewel of the apartment: a 70 square meter suite with a 4-meter high ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a freestanding bathtub, where rest takes on a different meaning. The apartment has air conditioning, top-quality soundproofing, a washing machine, a dryer, and high-speed WiFi.
Available only in July and August, with a covered parking space (1.9m height) 50 meters away included in the reservation. Susana and her team will personally welcome you and will be available throughout your stay for whatever you may need.
