Come and stay in our cosy studio apartment for a sunny break in Nice! Our accommodation is nestled in the heart of Nice's most epicurean district, the Port district. The flat is located on the fifth floor of a secure Nice building with a lift, just a stone's throw from tram line 2, which allows you to arrive at Nice airport with peace of mind or to explore the city with ease.


Our flat has a living room with an optimised space bathed in light, comprising
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine.

- A lounge area equipped with mobile air conditioning to cool your nights on sunny days, with a 140x190 fold-out sofa bed, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi connection.

- A dining area facing the window with an uninterrupted view


The flat also has a shower room with shower, vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail and a hairdryer.


A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).


The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in complete serenity. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay.
