With 95 square metres of living space spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to 6 adults. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room with a library and flatscreen TV to relax in. There is also a practical toilet with shower. Outside, the terrace with barbecue and the fenced garden offer relaxation. In addition: storage room with washing/drying machine, shed for stand-up paddles and bicycle shed.

Two bedrooms await you on the upper floor. The first bedroom has two double beds, ideal for families or groups. The second bedroom also has a double bed. Please note that the second bedroom is a walk-through room. Free Wi-Fi, wall and underfloor heating, and free parking are available to guests throughout the house.

A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking, with the remaining amount due no later than 1 day prior to arrival.

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, up to 14 days before arrival 50% of the total price and later cancellations will be charged at 70% of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 20:00.

Departure is possible until 10:00.

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.

The keys are handed over via a key safe. ( The access code will be announced before arrival.)

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house.

A baby travel cot can be provided on request (free of charge).

The basic price includes towels, bed linen, WLAN.

There are plenty of parking spaces right next to the house.
