Cocoonr is offering this 162 m² former country house in Salernes for rent, complete with a swimming pool and able to accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 6,000 m². The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 60 m² living area with a first sitting area featuring sofas and a TV, and a dining area - A second sitting area overlooking the garden. - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) - A shower room with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Separate toilet on the landing - A shower room - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140x190) with storage, shower room with shower and access to a balcony - Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) with an en-suite bathroom with bath and access to a balcony For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private swimming pool measuring 5.5m x 3.5m (unheated), equipped with sun loungers and a safety alarm - A beautiful 6,000 m² garden with no neighbours directly opposite; below the property is a river suitable for swimming - Two 10 m² terraces, one at the front of the house and the other at the rear, both furnished to enjoy sunny days The house is situated 2 km from the village of Salernes, in very pleasant surroundings.

At the foot of the house, a flight of steps leads down to the River Bresque. Transport: - You can park directly in the house’s private car park.
A car is essential. - Nearest station: Les Arcs – Draguignan, 30 km away Other notes: - The property does not have Wi-Fi. - The access road to the house may be difficult to navigate in adverse weather conditions. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). L'Améthyste Logement atypique de part son style, sa deco et son emplacement avec cette rivière qui coule en bas de la propriété et dont nous avions accès. La communication avec Arnaud est vrai plus, personne agréable et professionnelle. Petit bémol sur l’accessibilité au logement, je déconseille aux futurs locataires les véhicules bas…

L'Améthyste "La maison remplit toutes les conditions pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature. Elle est certes ""dans son jus"" mais ce n'est pas un lieu d'habitation donc ce n'est absolument pas gênant. Tous les équipements et la multitude de vaisselle en place facilitent le quotidien, il ne manq...
