The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this 162 m² traditional country house with swimming pool in Salernes for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 6,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 60 m² living room with a first sitting area with sofas and TV, a dining room and a second sitting area overlooking the garden.
- A second sitting area overlooking the garden.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Separate WC on landing
- Shower room
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) with storage, shower room and access to balcony
- Bedroom 5 : a double bed (140x190) with a bathroom with bath and access to a balcony
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5.5mx3.5m private swimming pool (unheated) equipped with sun loungers and a security alarm.
- A lovely 6,000 m² garden with no overlooked neighbours, and a river below with swimming facilities.
- Two 10 m² terraces, one at the front of the house and the second at the back with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located 2 km from the village of Salernes, in very pleasant surroundings. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, making it ideal for a stay in the countryside, as the access road to the house is not tarmac. At the foot of the house, a staircase leads down to the Bresque river.

- You can park directly in the house's private car park. Car required.
- Nearest train station: Les Arcs - Draguignan 30 km away.
Other remarks:
- The path leading to the house may be difficult to access in adverse weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
