This beautiful new residence (2024) is perfectly furnished in the style of the Bay of Arcachon. The open-plan living area welcomes you into a beautiful kitchen-dining room. The dining room invites you to sit out on the adjoining wooden terrace, where you can enjoy a good meal together around the large table. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole household, including induction hobs, American fridge, microwave, 2 traditional ovens, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room is a cosy corner with a gas fireplace, where you can relax in front of the television in a warm atmosphere.


The house can accommodate 15 people and has 7 carefully decorated bedrooms. The first two are on the ground floor, both with queen-size beds and en-suite shower rooms, providing comfort and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find three further bedrooms with double beds, two of which also have en suite shower rooms. A rest area with a bench connects this floor, allowing you to enjoy a quiet moment of reading. Next, there are two children's dormitory rooms. The first has three bunk beds and a balcony, while the second has 2 bunk beds, so it can accommodate 4 children. A bathroom with toilet is also available on this floor.


For even more convenience, the villa has a hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, electric vehicle socket, outdoor bar complete with gas plancha.


The house is also suitable for business stays.

A table is available for your meetings, as well as the possibility of adding an overhead projector and adapted wifi.


The swimming pool is open from 30/04 to 18/10 and is heated from 30/04 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 18/10
