Minimal Ocean View apartment, is a new property, located in a totally new residential complex, called Arena Negra II. We have a community pool and private security.Our property is oriented to the west, so we enjoy a sunset every day of the year, in addition to the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera.We offer a special place, decorated to create a place of rest and hedonism, with unique views.
Our property is an oasis of tranquility with all the necessary comforts to spend a special vacation in a unique place in Tenerife.
The area from Puerto Santiago to Los Gigantes has one of the best climates in the world with an average of 310 days of sunshine a year;)We have to drive towards Los Gigantes and just when we get to the new Mercadona, we will turn down until we reach the garage entrance that is just after the right-hand bend.

Guter Check in. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Tiefgarage ist sehr komfortabel. Mietwagen erforderlich. Hoch gelegenen. Zu Fuß schon Mal anstrengend. Toller Ausblick. Gute Betreuung durch die Agentur.

Wir verbrachten vier Wochen entspannte und schöne Wochen auf Teneriffa. Die Wohnung war sauber, Wohnanlage ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und ruhig, auch die abschließbare Garage innerhalb der Tiefgarage ist ein plus.
