In the commune of Barjols, we offer this 170 m² duplex apartment with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 10,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first level
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas...
- Dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
First floor
- Large office area, games ....
- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 14x2.4 m swimming pool, private and unheated. Open from May to September
- An unenclosed green garden of approx. 10,000 m².
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture overlooking the pool.
- A second 30 m² terrace facing south, including a pizza oven that can also be used as a barbecue, with garden furniture.
The apartment is ideally located in Barjols, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 cars.
