Holiday home with heated private pool in the La Suerte area, in El Valle de Agaete, a place with a special charm on the island of Gran Canaria, with views of the valley and less than 5 kilometers from the coast.
The house is spread over two floors and has air conditioning throughout the house, as well as a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with satellite TV, which connects to the well-equipped kitchen and the dining room.
From the living room, you also access a balcony-terrace with spectacular views of the valley, from the upper part to the sea, in a quiet and somewhat secluded environment where having a car is advisable.
On this same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed (with a cot available at no extra cost, upon request), and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, on the ground floor, we have a terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area with a dining space.
And on the upper level, you will find the heated pool, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
This is a house designed for couples and families seeking rest and disconnection in the valley, with a heated pool and sea views.
