Leider war das Dach undicht und Wasser drang in den Wintergarten, Flur und Essecke ein.Insgesamt ist das Haus im Winter kühl, feucht und schlecht beheizbar. Die Lange des Hauses ist schön. Es ist aber nur ein Sommerhaus. Wir waren Ende März, bei schlechtem Wetter im Haus. Das Haus kann man nicht beheizen.Eine Elektroheizung im Wohnzimmer, die nicht wirklich heizt. Ein Heizstrahler, bei dem nur eine Heizspirale funktioniert hat. Der Fernseher ging auch nicht, der Resiver war wohl defekt.
