The house is situated 6 km from the coast, on the outskirts of the village of Ingenio, on a 10.000 m² farm dedicated to cultivation.
Inside the house we have two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining room, two bathrooms and a large comfortable living room with fireplace.
The house has been decorated combining colour with the nature of stone and wood.
Outside there is a pleasant terrace under a canarian canopy that leads directly to a large patio where you will find a barbecue and sun loungers to enjoy the sun.

Großes tolles Ferienhaus, es ist drinnen etwas dunkel, dass ist aber Bauartbedingt, dafür rustikal mit allem was man braucht. Alles ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft schon erwartet, die Schlüsselübernahme war unproblematisch. Die Restaurants sind in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings öffnen viele erst um 20:00 Uhr, aber das ist ja in Spanien normal.

Ein großes Haus, dass genügend Platz bietet um bei schlechtem Wetter innen zu sitzen und bei gutem Wetter auf einer der Terrassen. Die Lage zum Ort ist günstig, in etwa einem Kilometer Entfernung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

Wir haben vor allem die Terrasse und den Garten genossen. Tagsüber war es im Dezember sehr angenehm. Sobald es dunkel wurde, fühlte es sich im Haus klamm und ungemütlich an. Der mobile Heizkörper hilft nur wenig. Und insgesamt sind die Räume dunkel, man braucht viel Licht, auch tagsüber.
