The accommodation, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, washing machine and an open kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster.

Through a French window it is possible to access the private porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs. A bathroom equipped with washbasin, shower, bidet and WC completes the layout.


Available to guests are free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and residence facilities such as a reserved parking space and a swimming pool.

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two cosy gulfs ideal for sailing, fishing and all water-related sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains. Maderno boasts a large and well-serviced lido that organises festivals and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Horse Riding Course, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and its famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, located in the beautiful Valle delle Cartiere, an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion.


The nearest airport is Verona airport about 50 minutes away by car, while the Toscolano railway station is less than 2 km from the flat.
