The kitchen, renovated in 2024, is fully equipped with high-end appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
It also has all the necessary utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle so you can easily prepare your favorite foods. Distributed on a single main floor, the house offers a large open space where comfort and functionality merge perfectly.
The living room, equipped with air conditioning, becomes the ideal place to relax after a day of sun and beach, while Wi-Fi and Smart TV with channels in German and English allow you to stay connected and entertained whenever you want. An Outdoor Oasis for Unlimited Enjoyment The exterior of the house is a real gem. From the main terrace, you have direct access to the private pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
