La ubicació, la casa en general també ha estat molt bé i adequada per les set persones que erem i l'atenció de l'agència local (excel.lent)
La humitat al lavabo d'abaix i que hi havia estris de cuina bruts (alguna florits de l'alta humitat que té la casa a la planta baixa)
