The accommodation is located in the city center, in the restricted traffic zone, a few steps from the Palazzo Blu (museum), the Lungarno and the Pisa Centrale station.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

Walking through the streets of the village it is possible to admire historic buildings, gardens and churches, such as the Redini Theater, little known, and museum sites such as Palazzo Lanfranchi and then culminate in the splendid setting of the Scotto Garden.
Crossing the Ponte di Mezzo, one of the oldest in the city, it is possible to reach the other side of the Arno river from which it is possible to walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli and admire the particular tower that characterizes the city and the medieval Cathedral.

Appartamento perfetto per i soggiorni brevi. Situato in centro città quindi semplicissimo da raggiungere e perfetto per potersi spostare facilmente. Forse un po troppo buio ma nulla di troppo fastidioso. Appartamento pulito e host molto disponibile.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist das ausschlaggebende Kriterium für diese Unterkunft. Alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Haupt Einkaufsstraße ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist mit ihren offenen Holzbalken und der Einrichtung schön anzusehen und die Sauberkeit war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung.

We had a great stay! The location was an absolute gem, right outside the touristy spots with walking distance to the train station. Maybe a bit too small for four people, but perfect for two to three :) Thank you for hosting us🌷
