The apartment house for individualists. We've equipped our apartments with love for details. Our one-room, two-room and three-room apartments are bright, friendly and spacious. Important advice: By paying the visitor's tax you receive the Samnaun guest card, which will give you the following benefits: Winter: reduced ski passes, reduced entrance into the swimming pool,free use SamnaunBus etc. Summer: Free use cable car, swimming pool/sauna, SamnaunBus, valley museum and weekly activitiy program. Possibility to contact us for any questions you have since we live in the same building.

Incl. kitchen towels, bed linen, WiFi, electricity, heating, water, parking. Bath towels must be brought by the guest himself. Travel insurance: We recommend you a travel insurance which can be concluded through us. (prize = 4 % of the rent) Exclusive city tax to be paid on site
