Solid furniture, round arches, light-coloured walls and ceilings and decorative floor tiles characterise the interior of this classic farmhouse, which is perfectly tempered all year round with heating and air conditioning. The living room can be entered directly from the terrace and therefore offers a view of the outside; it is also beautifully spacious. A stylish dining area is right next door, as is the fully equipped kitchen, from which you also have direct access to the terrace.
The bedrooms, which are spread over the ground floor and the upper floor, have a wide variety of styles - there is certainly something for every taste and a cosy night's sleep is guaranteed. Four bathrooms guarantee maximum privacy, so you certainly won't feel cramped in this farmhouse on Mallorca, even when fully occupied. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.
Outdoors
The grounds cover an area of 15,000 m² and offer plenty of space to unfold individually and enjoy time under the Mediterranean sky. In addition to lush greenery, including several palm trees, the outdoor area is characterised above all by a huge terrace area that extends around the curved pool and the building, with lawns that harmoniously complement the picture. Find the perfect place to relax, either in direct sunlight or pleasantly breezy in one of the shaded areas.
The decorative pool has a shallow stepped entrance and is set with pretty mosaic stones. Comfortable loungers invite you to relax, put down your chilled drink at the edge of the pool and perhaps just do nothing or watch the children splash around.
A real highlight is the somewhat separate outdoor kitchen with rustic seating - a great place for a culinary end to the day together. A variety of other seating areas offer plenty of opportunities to sit outside in a cosy atmosphere.
Location & surroundings
This holiday home on Mallorca scores with a spacious garden and pool area, great facilities and excellent accessibility to several beaches, for example Cala Ferrera, Cala Gran and Cala d'Or. Thanks to its location close to the road, you are very well connected here. In the very friendly, lively village you can do your shopping or stroll along the promenade. The selection of other bathing bays is varied and easy to reach by hire car.

Die Vermieter gaben sich extrem Mühe und standen immer zur Verfügung, wenn einmal irgend etwas nicht funktionierte.Herzlichen Dank an Cati.
