The bright, open-plan living area overlooks the terrace and garden, and is divided between the lounge, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with its large, user-friendly work surface. There's everything you need to cook and make the most of the interior and exterior spaces, with family or friends.
Outdoors
A bioclimatic pergola covers the terrace, so you'll be comfortable whatever the weather - garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas hob are all available.
The heated swimming pool (May to October, weather permitting) measures 4.5 m x 5.10 m and is 1.45 m deep, ideal for swimming, cooling off or playing with the children.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à la Villa Agapanthes. La maison est parfaitement localisée en bord de mer et à proximité immédiate du sentier littoral. Les équipements sont très récents et en excellent état. Notre expérience a été excellente et louer avec Oceavilla à nouveau serait un plaisir.
