This beautiful and modern flat is located in "Adas Hüs". A wonderfully centrally located house in Norddorf on Amrum. There is a bus stop directly opposite the house. Shopping facilities, restaurants, a farmer with a stall on his farm, cafés, a bicycle hire shop and many other shops can be found in the immediate vicinity of the house. From here you can start your excursions on foot, by bus or by car. In the summer months there is a beach shuttle not far from your accommodation, which will take you comfortably to the beach.
This 25 square metre one-room flat 5 is located on the first floor of the house. It is bright and tastefully furnished and will offer you relaxation from day one. This elegant, Nordic-style holiday flat is an ideal starting point for your activities. With its Scandinavian and high-quality furniture, it is the feel-good oasis for your time on Amrum. Here you will find a living room with a 1.60 metre box-spring bed and the living and dining area. The kitchenette is also located in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils. The living area with TV and an armchair invites you to spend relaxing hours.
The new bathroom is tiled with light-coloured natural stone. The open floor-to-ceiling rain shower is accessible and has a glass side wall.
A parking space belonging to the flat is located at the side of the property.
Adas Hüs was built in 1920 and extensively and lovingly restored and modernised in 2022-2024. The new face of the house with its white-grey façade blends beautifully into the centre of Norddorf.
