The apartment is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, an ancient city and capital of the island, which offers walks in settings of historical charm within its mighty walls from the Medici era.
In addition to the many historical cues, Portoferraio offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: from its white pebble coves and unmistakable turquoise waters, to the splendid sandy beaches that with the sirocco seem to take us into a Caribbean setting.
Three-room apartment sleeps 4/6 Two-level apartment with a rustic soul, with its exposed bricks and terracotta flooring.
The lower floor is composed of a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed, Smart LED TV and an elegant fireplace.
Here is the first spacious double bedroom, with a mezzanine with an elegantly finished private bathroom and a built-in shower.
From the living room, a comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second double bedroom with a second elegant bathroom with built-in shower and bidet.

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.

La casa aveva ampi spazi e aria condizionata,mare trasparente.
Avrei gradito più informazioni dall'agenzia anche per pullman interni,Ztl,parcheggi gialli,servizi navetta per il mare,dal momento che viaggiavo con mia madre che ha dovuto fare molta strada a piedi per poi scoprire l'ultimo giorno del servizio spiagge.Posizione scomoda in auto.

Oberflächliche Reinigung.(Es wird € 100.--für Endreinigung verlangt!!!)Bevor Geschirr etc. gebraucht werden konnte=abwaschen.Es wurde kühl in der Nacht, Decken wären nützlich gewesen.Keine Küchnentücher und Lappen.Haarfön fehlt, die Verpackung allein reicht nicht.
