A brand new flat in the village of Bricia, 2.5km from the best known beaches of Llanes.

From the apartment, it is less than 5 minutes walk to all the services in Posada, supermarket (less than 1 minute), banks, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and shops.

The nearest beaches are in Niembro (Toranda, Torimbia, Sovalle and the inlet of Niembro) and Naves (San Antolín de Bedón and Gulpiyuri), both villages are less than 3km away.

From Bricia you can walk to Niembro, take the Camino de Santiago as it passes through the village, go hiking through the villages of the parish of Posada and hike along the slopes of the Sierra del Cuera, visit a cheese factory, go to the weekly market in Posada on Fridays, enjoy the terracing of the main street and eat in a restaurant or cider house without taking the car.

If you want to get to know the whole area and the surrounding area, the Cantabrian motorway is just 1 minute away and you can drive 100km (1 hour) to the cities of Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés and to Santander in neighbouring Cantabria.

The village of LLanes is 10km away, Ribadesella and Colombres are 20 minutes away, and Picos de Europa, Cabrales, Covadonga and Cangas de Onís can be reached from the main street of Posada de LLanes.
