Located on the best area of Maspalomas and surrounded by gardens and vegetation, it is a 15-20 minute walk away from the famous dunes and beach of Maspalomas and the leisure area of Meloneras. It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas. It is surrounded by nice community gardens and it has a large shared swimming pool for common use, right next to the bungalow.
The bungalow is fully equipped, including free WIFI and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking spaces on the street right next to the entrance. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Such a great house in a quiet location yet near lots of restaurants, shops and the beach in Meloneras and with all the bars and nightlife of Playa del Ingles just a shirt distance away too. Plus it has some local restaurants just a short walk away too. Lots of parking and a south facing terrace to benefit from the all day sunshine. We were sad to leave the house and hope to return again very soon.

Overall the setting/small complex of 9 properties is absolutely lovely, the full time owners are very friendly and the pool was lovely and a big plus for our family. Most of our 2 weeks was lovely and relaxing apart from our last 4 days where our neighbour property was let out to a group of 8 young ...
