This room is complemented by a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), its own shower room and a balcony with ocean views. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.


On the upper floor, a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen invites you to convivial moments. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace with its breathtaking ocean views. On this level, you'll also find an additional bedroom with twin 90x200 beds that can also be converted into a 180x200 double bed. This room also has an en-suite shower room. A separate toilet completes this floor.


The flat is fully equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of sea views to make your holiday unforgettable! The GR 34 hiking trail passes right in front of the residence, and all amenities are within easy reach of the flat (supermarket and bakery). A beautiful sandy beach is less than 400 metres from the flat. The flat also has a lift serving the 2 levels of the duplex.


The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do, places to visit and nearby restaurants.


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest...


For children (and older ones too!) you'll also find the theme park "La récré des 3 curés" nearby, as well as Océanopolis, one of the largest aquariums in Europe.

For the more sporty, there are some magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course. There's something for everyone!
