We understand the importance of staying connected, even while on vacation. That's why we provide high-speed internet access to ensure that you can easily stay in touch with loved ones or catch up on work if needed.

Beyond the essentials, our apartment is packed with additional amenities that are designed to make your trip extra special. You can unwind in front of the TV after a long day, catch up on your favorite shows, or simply enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, with all the necessary appliances and utensils at your disposal.
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The main house rules are:

* Silence from 10pm to 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 6 per day, maximum time to enter the property is until 9pm
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
We offer two parking spaces inside the building.

When you don't come by car, taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Uber.
