This incredible villa stands above one of the most beautiful beaches of Serifos, Agios Sostis, just a 10-minute walk away.

The main house features a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a queen bed and one with two single beds, each with a private bathroom.
On the ground floor, there are three independent apartments: one with two bedrooms, a small sitting room with fridge and TV, and a private veranda (one double and two twin beds); a master suite apartment with a bedroom with a queen double bed and a sitting room (the two sofas can be converted into double beds), TV, and fridge; and a charming apartment with a queen double bed, fridge, and a beautiful view.
There is also an extra room with laundry facilities at the back of the house.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The port (Livadi) is only 6–7 minutes away by car.
