Your apartment, located on the 1st floor of a small collective, is on the same level! On the 1st floor: Entrance hall with cupboard, large living room opening onto a small terrace, well-equipped fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms opening onto the terrace (1 160x200 bed) (2 80x200 beds) and (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (bath, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet. 1 other apartment on the landing.
Exterior: Pretty, well-sheltered 45 m² terrace with plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, at the back of the apartment.

Appartement spacieux au centre ville près des commerces et un bon km de la place. Seule la salle de bains est petite pour une famille de 6 membres.Stationnement gratuit proche de l’appartement.Perros Guirec est une ville très propre et très agréable.Chemins de balade le long de la mer accessible pour tous.

Bonjour nous avons passé un excellent séjour, beaucoup de commodités à proximité sans prendre la voiture. Le marché est à quelques pas avec beaucoup d'exposants et artisans boucher, poissonnier et autres.... Un grand merci pour ce séjour de la part de toute la famille.

L’appartement est superbe, spacieux, lumineux, confortable et parfaitement équipé.Idéalement situé au cœur de la ville et à 15min à pieds de la plage. La terrasse sans vis à vis est très agréable L’accueil était chaleureux et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
