Just minutes from Coín, Alhaurín el Grande and with easy access to the motorway to Cártama, you can easily explore emblematic places such as the Caminito del Rey or the beaches of Marbella and Torremolinos.



Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool, a large shaded porch with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing, barbecues or sunbathing ☀️. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower for your comfort.



The interior is spacious and cosy, with a bright living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning, ideal for relaxing in any season. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals 🍳.



The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds, all with air conditioning to ensure a perfect rest. There is also an indoor bathroom with shower.




Access to the accommodation is via a 500-metre unpaved road, compact and safe, maintaining the privacy and tranquillity of the surroundings.
