Location: 8 minutes from a shopping centre in Coín, 12-15 minutes from urban centres such as Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, and 3 minutes from the motorway to Cártama, which provides easy access to tourist sites such as the Caminito del Rey or the beaches of Torremolinos and Marbella.



Exterior: It has a swimming pool, a shaded porch and furniture to enjoy outdoor activities such as barbecues and sunbathing. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower.




Interiors: The living-dining room is spacious, bright and cosy, with a fireplace and air conditioning. The American style kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds, all with air conditioning. There is also an indoor bathroom with shower.




Access: Access is via a 500 metre unpaved road, but compact and safe.
