Located in the urban outskirts of Ardales and just a few minutes drive from the centre, this rural flat has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families or small groups. It has a spacious living-dining room with an open plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as a fireplace that provides a warm and friendly atmosphere.



In the master bedroom you will find a double bed, air conditioning and space to store your luggage, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a third raised bed, recommended for children from 10 years old. The bathroom has a bathtub and is located next to the kitchen.



The accommodation has air conditioning throughout, wifi connection, heat pump heating, fans and television for your comfort. The plot is fenced and has parking in the same building.



Located just 1 km from the centre of Ardales, you will have supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants and the Turón River nearby. In addition, you can discover emblematic places such as the Embalse del Chorro reservoir, El Caminito del Rey, the Sierra de las Nieves and cities such as Malaga, Ronda or Marbella in less than an hour's drive.



Important: when booking this flat you will not have access to the swimming pool, the communal outdoor areas or the private parking space, which are only available when booking the whole house. You can also apply for free tickets to El Caminito del Rey by giving two weeks notice, subject to availability.
