With capacity for 10 people, this house of 240 m² is spread over two floors, offering spacious interior spaces with AirZone system so that you can regulate the temperature to your liking. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more), a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a TV or work room that also functions as a laundry and storage room.



The upper floor is dedicated to rest, with four bedrooms: three with double beds (one with en suite bathroom) and one child with trundle bed, all with a desk and space for luggage. There is an additional bathroom in the corridor. A sitting area with views of nature invites you to relax or enjoy a quiet moment reading or making calls.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with swimming pool, children's area with swing for the little ones, garden furniture and a barbecue perfect for family gatherings. The fenced plot guarantees privacy and security, while the beautiful mountain views and rural surroundings will make you disconnect from the urban stress.
