Accommodation is subject to a deposit, which must be paid before entering the accommodation. It will be returned 48 hours after your departure and after checking the accommodation.



With spacious and combined exteriors you can enjoy from a nice barbecue in the outdoor patio, take a dip in the beautiful pool or enjoy with the little ones in the swing located in the garden area. All with great privacy and surrounded by beautiful views and a tranquillity that will make you forget the big city.



But we understand that we also need the urban environment, that is why this rural house makes it even more special, as its location will allow you to be in urban centres (such as the Trocha Shopping Centre in Coín) in a few minutes if you travel by car.



With a capacity for ten people, two living rooms, a large kitchen and three complete bathrooms, this rural house is organized on two floors. All the rooms are equipped with AirZone air conditioning control, so you can independently regulate the temperature of the rooms. Remember to be responsible with the consumption of electrical appliances.



On the lower floor you will enjoy a living-dining room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make eating a pleasure. The TV area equipped with a Smart TV will provide you with family movie moments or just a relaxing break. So that there is no debate about what to watch on TV, there is also a TV or work room ideal for the youngest members of the family. This room also serves as a storage and laundry room, allowing you to extend the space dedicated to the storage of your belongings and the preparation of your laundry. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower near the kitchen.



A bedroom with two single beds is also located on this floor, ideal for those who find it difficult to climb stairs, it has a window to the outside and space to store your luggage comfortably.



Up the stairs, protected by a wooden railing, we go up to the upper floor, where a nice sitting area invites us to relax, make a private call or read a book. This floor is dedicated to rest and therefore houses the four remaining bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed (one of them has an en-suite bathroom) and the fourth bedroom, with a more childlike character, offers two single beds in trundle bed format. All bedrooms have a work desk, window to the outside and storage space for your luggage.



On this upper floor, in addition to the en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms, there is another bathroom with a shower tray in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
