Discover this country house in Coín designed for family comfort and enjoyment.
With a capacity for 10 people, this 240 m² property is spread over two floors, offering ample interior spaces climate-controlled with an AirZone system so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and more), a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a TV or work room that also serves as a laundry and storage area. The upper floor is dedicated to rest, with four bedrooms: three with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom) and one children's room with a trundle bed, all with desks and luggage space.
Additionally, there is an extra bathroom in the hallway.
A relaxation corner with views of nature invites you to unwind or enjoy a quiet moment reading or making calls. Outside, enjoy a private garden with a swimming pool, a children's play area with a swing for the little ones, garden furniture, and a barbecue perfect for family gatherings.
The fenced plot guarantees privacy and security, while the beautiful mountain views and rural surroundings will help you disconnect from urban stress. Mooie locatie huis was net gerenoveerd. Zwembad was top.
De villa is voor 10 personen maar de keuken inrichting was dat niet. Ook het buitenmeubilair was aan vervanging toe. Na dit gemeld te hebben werd dat opgelost helaas met plastic stoeltjes. Iets meer aandacht voor dat soort details zou goed zijn.

Das Haus war extrem sauber und der Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Als Zugangsberechtigung muss man eine App herunterladen und bekommt dann einen Code zugeschickt, mit dem man die beiden elektrischen Zufahrtstore und die Haustür öffnen kann. Diese App können sich auch mehrere Mieter herunterladen, was sehr praktisch ist.

The garden and the pool where very nice. The house was spacious with large rooms, good storage, and well suited for two families.
