Beautiful Sicilian style villa with sea view, exclusive swimming pool, large fenced park, private tennis court within the property. The villa has an extension of 600 sq.mt., with 4 bedrooms with bathroom in the villa and 1 bedroom with bathroom in the outbuilding, for a total of 10 sleeping places. A second indoor swimming pool with countercurrent swimming was set in an artificial cave. In the outbuilding there is also an equipped gym. The outdoor areas are characterized by a large garden enclosed by high walls with two beautiful entrance gates to the property, inside of which guests will find 2 different areas with gazebo and art nouveau table where it is possible to dine in the shade during the summer.

Outdoors and swimming pool
The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden of 10000 sq.mt., very well kept and enriched by paths, lawns, ornamental plants, palm trees, marble fountains with water features, statues and ponds, as well as an illuminated swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, measuring 14x6 metres, with gazebo on its side with art nuveau table for 12 people, a regulation-sized tennis court, a barbecue area, a panoramic terrace with bar corner and tables for relaxation, an American vine pergola with a table and chairs for 10 people, a ping-pong table and finally a large tent where it is possible to host events. Parking is located inside the property.
Interior
The interiors of the villa have a very special style that combines classic and modern. If on one hand there are frescoed halls, Persian carpets, period furniture and decor, on the other there is a cinema room, an equipped gym and the swimming pool with counter-current swimming. The ground floor has three entrances from the outside, an entrance corridor with frescoes, two large halls and a reading room, two dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, billiard room with three gaming tables and bar corner, music lounge, cinema and TV room with 10 seats, library-study, tavern, 2 service bathrooms. A covered swimming pool with counter-current swimming device, changing room and shower are created in a reconstructed cave. A laundry room is located outside the swimming pool. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub. The outbuilding, located near the swimming pool, includes a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower suitable for the disabled, a double bedroom, a large equipped gym. All the rooms in the villa and the outbuilding are equipped with air conditioning.

Location
Villa Augusta is located in the eastern area of Sicily, between Catania and Syracuse in the municipality of Augusta. The position is panoramic, about 100 meters from the sea, 6 km from the center of Augusta and 4 km from Brucoli.

The villa and the outbuilding are equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning, heating system with heat pump circuit, ping-pong table, barbecue, wood-burning oven, tennis court, gym, baby bed, high chair, covered parking on the property.

Important information
The swimming pools are open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. Only small pets allowed.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet connection, consumption of water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, high chair and baby bed. Upon request: possibility of extra hours of domestic help, shopping service, chef for lunches and dinners, cooking courses and babysitting.

We are in one of the most interesting areas of Sicily, a few km away from Catania and Syracuse, famous for their architectural and naturalistic beauties. The imposing Etna which can be seen in the distance is worth visiting at least once. The cliff can be reached on foot at 200 meters, the sandy beach is 4 km away in Brucoli. The nearest shops are 4 km away and the closest supermarkets are in Augusta 6 km away, a beautiful beach is Marina di Mellino 26 km away, Syracuse is 40 km away, Catania is 50 km away.
