Located on the beachfront and a 7-minute walk from the Deauville casino, in a secure upscale residence, our apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to recharge. You can enjoy the sea and the beach, which are located 30 meters away, and a protected terrace offering a beautiful sea view!


With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows

A large, very bright living room with an open kitchen leading to a living/dining area with a terrace, offering a beautiful sea view. The living room is equipped with a quality convertible sofa bed measuring 140x200cm.

On the sleeping side, you will find a beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a closet.

A high-end bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower.

Separate toilet.

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area.


Also provided for your convenience are: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


An outdoor parking space will also be provided to you free of charge (ideal during peak summer periods).


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.


## Interaction

We will be pleased to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover more effectively. We wish you an excellent stay with us!


## Neighborhood

Our apartment is located on the border between Bénerville and Tourgéville, a 7-minute walk from the Deauville casino, in a secure upscale residence. It is located a 20-minute walk from the Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.


## Notes

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
