The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 250 m² house with jacuzzi for rent in Mansonville, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and four bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 160 m²! Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 60 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, dining area and a working fireplace (the first fire is provided).
- A lounge with dining area, TV, etc,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, etc.
- A shower room with WC
First floor
- A mezzanine with a lounge area, library, pool table, TV...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) with balcony access (2mx1m) with table and chairs.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Shower room with shower and WC
Second floor
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Jacuzzi (4 people) available all year round
- A lovely 120 m² enclosed garden
- A 70 m² enclosed and private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Mansonville, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Valence, about 13 km away (14 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Agen, about 34 km away (26 min by car)
- To make the most of your stay, we recommend that you use the car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, only the first flare is provided.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Out of respect for your neighbors, please do not make any noise after 10 pm.
