Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 18thᵉ century former coaching inn in Bannalec, nestled in a wooded park overlooking the Isole valley, with a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large, bright bedroom with access to the garden, two shower rooms (each with a shower and toilet) and a garden of around 2,000 m²! Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (top-of-the-range 160x200) and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 17 m² with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk area
- Shower room 1: with shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and storage space
- Shower room 2 (adjoining the bedroom): with shower, washbasin, WC and storage space
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, barbecue.
Outside:
- An unfenced, south-facing 28 m² wooden terrace overlooking a private part of the garden, with 2 sun loungers. It also has garden furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- A 2,000 m² garden, unfenced and partly shared
The house is ideally located in Bannalec, in a wooded, peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bannalec 5 km (7 min by car) Quimperlé TGV station 16 km (20 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient airport 40 km (33 min by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- A DVD player is also available in the accommodation, with a selection of DVDs.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

Très beau gîte en pleine campagne. Cadre reposant en pleine nature.Le logement est bien agencé avec 2 salle de bains et 2 toilettes et la literie est confortable. Je recommande vivement pour les amoureux de la nature !

Wir haben dort im Juni 2024 für eine Woche gewohnt. Es war sehr ruhig, auch den Nachbarn/Eigentümer haben wir nicht gehört.
Das Grundstück liegt in einer sehr weitläufigen Einfamilienhaussiedlung, das gegenüberliegende Grundstück ist ein Acker. Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr auf der Straße.
Das Haus enthält alles was man benötigt. Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le Relais "Das Cottage ist wirklich ein besonderer Ort!
Es liegt super schön inmitten eines großen Gartens.
Die gesamte Ausstattung war top (Gartenmöbel, bequemes Bett und Sofa, Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht).
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich!
