Just 12km from the beaches, you stay in the heart of the Landes forest, in a real traditional airial. This privileged setting offers you a direct view of the pines.
The vast plot of 3925m² is entirely enclosed and allows you to enjoy a large natural space offering calm and serenity.
The swimming pool shared with the owners on site (dimensions 9.50m x 4.50m, depth 1.40m) is open from June to September depending on the weather. It allows you to relax and unwind in an enchanting environment.
Here, you will also appreciate the wooden cladding of the cottage which reminds you that we are in the Landes, the functional layout and the mezzanine which makes a cozy little cocoon.

This independent air-conditioned rental is arranged on two levels. It is composed of:

- a ground floor with
a living room with relaxation area (sofa bed for 2 additional people with supplement, TV, WIFI), dining area and kitchen area (2 electric hotplates, mini grill oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer)
a bathroom with shower
a separate toilet
a pantry area with washing machine

- upstairs
a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 bed

For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, water and electricity are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Baby equipment can be provided at your request.

Given its location in the middle of the forest, it is forbidden to use a barbecue (municipal ban).
